Our Programs

Supporting formerly incarcerated individuals is about giving them a real chance to rebuild their lives. With the right programs, we can help them find hope, stability, and a path to a brighter future. Your support can change lives, offering second chances and creating a stronger, more compassionate community. Together, we can make a lasting impact.

  • Mentor

    Second Chance Mentoring

Our mentoring journey can begin as early as 12-18 months before an inmate's release. During this crucial period, we match our participants with a mentor who has also experienced the challenges of the criminal justice system. This shared experience allows for a deeper level of understanding and empathy between the mentor and the inmate. Together, they work towards setting goals, developing life skills, and preparing for successful reintegration into society.

  • Wellness Program

It's designed to help them navigate the challenges of adapting to the new world after release. We want to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to successfully transition and thrive throughout their new journey.
