One step at a time.
Each week, nearly 10,000 individuals are released from America’s state and federal prisons back into our nation's communities. Studies show that approximately 7,000 of them are likely be rearrested within three years of release.
This number is astronomical and it is our goal to lower this rate by providing our communities with the resources needed to build and maintain a successful life for themselves and their families.
Our Vision: Our program is committed to breaking the cycle of recidivism through holistic support that empowers recently incarcerated individuals to rebuild their lives. We value the dignity of personal growth, the strength of family unity, and the transformative power of opportunity. By providing comprehensive resources—from education and employment support to mental health services and family reintegration programs—we aim to foster resilience, stability, and long-term success for individuals and their communities.
